It’s been awhile since we’ve played a local show due to a “top secret” mission in the works, but Tuesday night at Mississippi Pizza was some Radical fun! That place was packed for a Tuesday night with amazing people! Not to mention it was my first time seeing Symmetry/Symmetry who are fantastic!! We can’t wait to play with them again! I just wanted to send a big thanks out to all our friends & fans that are making our local shows a blast! We are having so much fun playing new songs and so far it seems everyone is enjoying them too! We have a special surprise for you all in the coming months!! Anyway we have a few more shows coming up in the Portland area and would love to see all your faces again! Hope everyone is fairing well! Have a happy Halloween!

Penn & Teller call Bullshit!

I never knew this show existed. Its amazing. I highly recommend getting the dvds and checking out the whole catalog. Great stuff.

August has been a busy month.

Hey all,

We haven’t really updated much since we’ve been back from tour. So here is the 1,2,3 rundown of why:

1. We all had to go back to work and pay the rent. haha

2. We are in the process of moving out of our house and into the new W&B manor. It’s literally an epic huge house in SW Portland. We are so stoked to begin creating music in this wonderful new environment. Look out for lots of updates from the manor to come!

3. We’ve been writing like crazy in all our spare time and things are sounding fab! We have a big surprise to tell you all about, but we might just drop it on you when it finished! hint hint. All I can say is September will be a busy month, busy in a good way ;)

If you are in Portland come out to Ash St Saloon on Sept 11th. We are playing a big show with friends from San Fran called Ambience. We’ll be testing out a bunch of new songs so I hope you can make it out! Thanks for all your support this summer! We are excited to show you what we’ve been working on so sit tight and get STOKED! Oh and get pumped for Where The Wild Things Are…..Oct baby!

Tour Journal #2

WOW… the show in San Francisco on Saturday was pretty damn crazy. Such a great venue and we couldn’t have shared the stage with better bands. Thanks to Ambience and Montana 1948 for have us in their amazing city. I also want to give a shout out to all our friends that made the night so special for us! We met a lot of new people that were into what we are doing and that made us all smile inside! Drove down to Venice Beach yesterday and spent an amazing day off surfing and taking in all the greatness surrounding us down here. Life is so good right now! Tomorrow we are heading down to the OC to rock a show at the Gypsy lounge……..hecka funess

Tour Journal #1

There is something very refreshing about driving 8 hours in the blistering 100 degree heat from Portland to Redding with no A/C in the van. You all may think I’m crazy but there is a certain feeling it brings out in all off us in this band. That feeling is knowing we get to perform our music every night and thats all that matters. It’s so great to get back out on the road. It feels like home. Last night in Redding was a blast. The folks at the Downtown Eatery treated us so well and everyone there seemed to be enjoying them selves. I know we had a blast. It was so great to see old friends and catch up with the Redding “CREW”. We stayed up way to late BSing with good people last night….. I don’t know why I’m up so early……maybe its because I can taste the In and Out burger I want it so bad….next stop In and Out….then off to San Francisco….FYI if you are every driving through northern California try and avoid the town of Dunsmuir….kinda scrary….I’m not going to lie. Be good now.

now…..we’ve been demoing stuff in the basement and thats been a joy.  ideas and layers and more “production” then the EP….thats what im thinking.  the goal: sound as much like steely dan as possible.  recording wise.  and i suppose song wise as well.  alright!
